In this post I’m going to explain 4 ways you can use your on-demand fitness workouts to create extra income on autopilot and lead your best clients to spend more money with you.

The delivery of all these products can be done inexpensively with email automation and download links to improve engagements, conversation, and build relationships with your prospects.

1. If you’re schedule is fully booked and you can’t take on any more clients, having a “PRIMER” workout series allows people to buy into your program until you have availability to work with them in person.

Having a PRIMER product in place means that you do not need to turn people away who WANT TO SPEND MONEY WITH YOU because you are at capacity and can’t scale to accommodate them.

2. If you want to improve the quality of your leads and spend less time communicating with tire kickers, create a “FOUNDATION” series.

This is a bit like the free challenges you see everywhere now, they are designed to get people interested in a product or service and try before they buy.
Your fitness series could be free or better still low cost. If people want to work with you and get on to your signature program, they must complete the “FOUNDATION” series first!

3. How do you convert freebie seekers into paying customers?
Use a “BRIDGING” series of workouts. A free short series that is quick to make and creates FOMO!

Let us say you have a free group and a paid group, and you want to drive more people into your revenue-generating program. With a BRIDGING product, you give them a taste of the premium experience and show the difference in service, quality, and community.

4. How you keep your clients accountable and motivated when you go on holiday or when we hit another lockdown?

Burn yourself out and drive yourself crazy with daily live streams that are plagued by technical headaches and inconsistencies? Nope. Create a “SUBSTITUTE” product instead of that you film once and get used over and over.
